Hello Archivist,
I can't say we have all that you are looking for but decided to post here anyway incase. We are looking for more industrial based pilots that have skills and experience in those areas. We have a few in the corp that have that but would like a lot more. The fact that you are willing to teach and share knowledge is something we are looking for and caught my eye on your app. Let me cover what you are looking for and where we match or are unable to provide that.
Your corporation must have at least 10 pilots active daily in U.S. Time zones.
- We don't have this yet. We are coming back from an afk attack on our membership due to RL and the normal attrition reasons. We are building back up and I being the recruiter have been spending about 3-4 hours a day looking for pilots that would would be a good fit for us and vice versa. We started with 3-4 active US TZ members and with the new recruits coming in in the last 2 weeks we should be up to about 10. I will tell you that we will have what you are looking for soon. I don't stop till I get what I want and my goal is 15-20 members online not only if you are logging on in US TZ's but in any TZ.
Your corporation must have at least one scheduled fleet mining operation per week.
-We Just moved our corp HQ and have not decided on a day yet to do this but we did have them and will have them again. At least 2 scheduled per week. Right now we have been organizing them on the fly. Most Likely one during the week and one on the weekend.
Your corporation must utilize voice communication, preferably Ventrilo.
We have a payed dedicated TS3 server that is run by PAX Gaming the gaming community we are a division of. Sorry no Vent.
Your corporation must be for adults only. I will not suffer the imbecilic vagaries of children.
Our recruitment is not based on age but maturity. Most of us are 25+ (33 here) as you know age does not guarantee maturity so we filter applicants based on maturity. Most of us have been playing games over 15+ years and Pax Gaming is going on 10 years of gaming. We are passed the drama junk and don't tolerate it.
Your corporation must have research facilities available for use or rent.
Not yet. We had a research POS but lost it in a Wardec when we restarted rebuilding (3 members we had at the time 2 of us miner heads vs 6 battleships) It was a loose loose. We since the recent HQ move we are about to put up another one so you will have access to that.
Your corporation must maintain a presence in Empire space, and your headquarters must be located in the Amarr Empir
We are in Empire Space but we are Gallente based not Amarr. So we only get half a point here :)
I will not contact you ingame since we don't fit you 100% but if you do like what you see just let me know. We where in 0.0 and made some good connections there but had to pull back because of innactivity. We want all playstyles, experience / skill levels, and all time zones. We have good Leadership, experience, and advancement opportunities within the Corp. We are a division of Pax Gaming a well organized and known gaming community.
